It’s the unbecoming. The undoing. Pealing back those layers time and time again. Removing the mask. 

But she is there the whole entire time, she never leaves us 🧚🏼

The little girl inside of you, waiting to be seen, to be heard, to even be acknowledged… 

To be loved, to be validated, to be felt, to be held

She carries all of our pain. She feels every ounce of sadness, and the majority of the time, it’s not our fears we feel, it’s hers. 

She tries so desperately to protect us, in the way she needed protecting as a young innocent little girl 💜

I want you to imagine a child in your life, maybe think of your own child, imagine them crying out for your love and attention for years and years and years, begging for you to listen to them, to hear their voice, crying to be seen… And you ignore them - you never acknowledge them - you don’t even realise they are there. 

She is your inner child. And it’s so important to feel this way about her. 

The disconnection we feel from ourselves is in-fact our disconnection from her. 

Every single part of my life was massively impacted once I gained this awareness. 

It was through connecting to her I found the strength to step into my vulnerability, to become a voice for the voiceless, she held the key to all of those doors I have had the courage to open and fully step into…

I had to go back and get her, to let her know she is safe now 🦋 

Safe to be seen, 

safe to express her authenticity, 

safe to use her voice to speak her truth, 

safe to be loved without the fear of abandonment… 

And it was within her feeling safe, She led me to my inner magic ✨✨✨
